Our Mental Health Life Team will be led by our RN owners in collaboration with our client’s health care providers and home health team to make your loved ones stay safe at our home.

Respite Care

Caring for someone who has an illness or disability around the clock is a 24-hour job. You will surely need a break from time to time. At Lavie AFH, we provide short-term care and offer a safe, comfortable place for your loved one for a few days or weeks while you are away.
